St\u00f6t saffran i en mortel, g\u00e4rna med en sockerbit.<br>Vispa \u00e4gg och socker por\u00f6st. Tills\u00e4tt saffran, matfett och mj\u00f6lk. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulver och r\u00f6r ner det i smeten. R\u00f6r bara tills smeten precis g\u00e5tt ihop, inte mer. H\u00e4ll smeten i formen och gr\u00e4dda ca 20&nbsp;min. Prova med sticka att kakan \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig. L\u00e5t kakan svalna i formen.<br><br><em>Glasyr:<\/em><br>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och blanda ner gr\u00e4dden. L\u00e5t blandningen svalna. St\u00f6t saffran i en mortel, g\u00e4rna med en sockerbit. Blanda ihop saffran med den svalna sm\u00f6rblandningen. R\u00f6r i florsocker till en j\u00e4mn glasyr. Bred \u00f6ver kakan och toppa med kokos. St\u00e4ll kakan i kylen i ca 1 timme.
