Koka mor\u00f6tterna och socker\u00e4rtor med lock och inte under en l\u00e4ngre stund \u00e4n n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt. Blanda i gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtorna mot slutet f\u00f6r att de skall bli varma. Blanda ihop ris, kyckling, mor\u00f6tter, socker\u00e4rtor, gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor och finhackad koriander.
