K\u00f6ttet skall f\u00e5 fin stekyta. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttet p\u00e5 en tallrik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sk\u00f6lj och skiva champinjonerna. Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k fint. Stek l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och champinjoner tills de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg ca 10 min. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver champinjonhacket i stor gryta. Tills\u00e4tt oxfond och l\u00e5t det sjuda i 4 min. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttet, matlagningsgr\u00e4dde och l\u00e5t sjuda ytterligare ca 4 min.
