Sk\u00f6lj och skiva champinjonerna. Fr\u00e4s f\u00f6rst l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k, r\u00f6r sedan ner champinjoner. och till sist k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs. Stek k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen tills den f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Krydda med salt och svartpeppar. Tills\u00e4tt krossade tomater, tomatpur\u00e9 och smulad buljongt\u00e4rning. L\u00e5t sjuda i ca 15 min utan lock. Krydda med oregano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsfyllningen i pajskalet och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten.
