H\u00e4ll mj\u00f6l, potatismj\u00f6l och socker i en matberedare, tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret i bitar och k\u00f6r snabbt ihop till en deg. Ta upp degen och arbeta samman den. Dela degen i 12 lika stora bitar. Tryck ut degen i en muffinspl\u00e5t eller i mazarinformar av aluminium som rymmer ca 1 dl. St\u00e4ll kallt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0C. Vispa ihop samtliga ingredienser till fyllningen i en kastrull. Koka upp under vispning till en tjock kr\u00e4m, dra kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och kyl snabbt genom att st\u00e4lla kastrullen i kallt vatten och forts\u00e4tt vispa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. F\u00f6rdela kr\u00e4men i formarna. Gr\u00e4dda i nedre delen av ugnen i ca 15 min. Ta ut och l\u00e5t kallna. <strong>Hit kan f\u00f6rberedas dagen f\u00f6re.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Garnering: <\/strong>L\u00e4gg gelantinbladen i kallt vatten. Koka upp saft och vatten i en liten kastrull. Lyft upp gelantinbladen och vispa ner dem i saften. Kyl och st\u00e4ll kallt en stund tills saften f\u00e5tt samma konsistens som \u00e4ggvita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5. <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Garnera under tiden bakelserna med jordgubbsskivor.
