Markera 3 runda bottnar, ca 23 cm i diameter, p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Pensla de uppritade cirklarna v\u00e4l med rumsvarmt matfett. L\u00e4gg papperen p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Rosta eventuellt n\u00f6tk\u00e4rnorna i en l\u00e5ngpanna mitt i ugnen i 150\u00b0C, ca 15 min. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Gnugga av skalen i hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Mal n\u00f6tterna eller finf\u00f6rdela dem i en matberedare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum, tills\u00e4tt sockret. Vispa ytterligare n\u00e5gra min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt i n\u00f6tterna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. Bred ut smeten inom de uppritade cirklarna p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapperet. Smeten b\u00f6r bredas ut i ett j\u00e4mt lager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. Gr\u00e4dda bottnarna mitt i ugnen i 150\u00b0C, 12-15 min. L\u00e5t dem svalna n\u00e5got innan de lossas fr\u00e5n papperet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. F\u00f6rbered chokladgarneringen. Bryt chokladen i bitar. Blanda dem med oljan i en sk\u00e5l. Sm\u00e4lt i vattenbad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. Bred ut chokladen tunt p\u00e5 ett oljat sm\u00f6rg\u00e5spapper. Sk\u00e4r plattan i raka eller sneda rutor strax innan chokladen stelnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10. Vispa gr\u00e4dden till fast skum. Smaks\u00e4tt den med vaniljsocker. Bred gr\u00e4dden mellan bottnarna, ovanp\u00e5 och runtom t\u00e5rtan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11. Garnera med chokladrutorna. Sikta lite kakao \u00f6ver t\u00e5rtan strax innan servering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong> G\u00f6r bottnarna i en matberedare finf\u00f6rdelar du f\u00f6rst n\u00f6tterna. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggvitor och florsocker.
