St\u00f6t saffran i en mortel, g\u00e4rna med en sockerbit.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Vispa \u00e4gg och socker por\u00f6st. Tills\u00e4tt saffran, matfett och mj\u00f6lk. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulver och r\u00f6r ner det i smeten.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> H\u00e4ll den i formen. Gr\u00e4dda i nedre delen av ugnen ca 35 &#8211; 40 min. Prova med sticka att kakan \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Sikta ev. \u00f6ver florsocker n\u00e4r kakan skall serveras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:\u00a0<\/strong>Saffranskakan g\u00e5r bra att frysa hel eller i bitar. Tina den i mikrov\u00e5gsugn p\u00e5 l\u00e5g effekt ett par minuter eller i rumstemperatur. B\u00e4sta resultatet f\u00e5s om kakan tinas i rumstemperatur.
