H\u00e4ll smeten i smord och br\u00f6ad springform med diameter 25 cm. Gr\u00e4dda \u00a0i nedre delen av ugnen ca 30 min. Prova med en sticka, kakan ska inte vara kladdig.\u00a0L\u00e4gg sockerkakan p\u00e5 ett sockrat aluminiumfolie. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver mj\u00f6lken under kraftig vispning. Sjud kr\u00e4men tills den tjocknar. Vispa ordentligt hela tiden.\u00a0L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men svalna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>Montering<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vispa gr\u00e4dden och blanda vaniljkr\u00e4men med ca 3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde.\u00a0Dela den kalla sockerkakan i tre lika tjocka bottnar. Bred ut hallonsylt p\u00e5 den understa botten. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 den andra botten. Bred ut vaniljgr\u00e4dden som en kulle och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 den tredje botten. Bred ut resten av gr\u00e4dden runtom och ovanp\u00e5 t\u00e5rtan i ett tunt lager. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a title=\"Att t\u00e4cka en t\u00e5rta eller rullt\u00e5rta med marsipan\" href=\"https:\/\/stenbrogatan.homeftp.org\/?p=4156\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">T\u00e4ck hela t\u00e5rtan med ett marsipanlock.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0F\u00e4st marsipanros och blad med kristyr. Sila florsocker \u00f6ver t\u00e5rtan och servera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Tips!\u00a0<\/strong>Jag rekommenderar att man fodrar marsipanen innan man kl\u00e4r in t\u00e5rtan. Detta f\u00f6r att inte marsipanen skall b\u00f6rja \u201dsvettas\u201d och florsockret sm\u00e4lta.
