L\u00e4gg fr\u00f6n och st\u00e5ng i en kastrull tillsammans med mj\u00f6lken. Ge det hela ett uppkok, dra av och l\u00e5t alltsammans st\u00e5 och dra 10 min. Plocka upp vaniljst\u00e5ngen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vispa eller r\u00f6r \u00e4ggulorna och sockret till ett l\u00e4tt p\u00f6sigt skum. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver mj\u00f6lken under kraftig vispning. Sjud kr\u00e4men tills den tjocknar. Vispa ordentligt hela tiden.\u00a0L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men svalna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vispa gr\u00e4dden h\u00e5rt och blanda den med vaniljkr\u00e4men.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>Montering<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bred p\u00e5 \u00e4ppelmos p\u00e5 8 st bottnar. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 n\u00e4sta botten p\u00e5 bakelserna. Bred p\u00e5 ett tjockt lager med vaniljkr\u00e4m. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ytterligare en botten. R\u00f6r ihop florsocker och till en ganska tjock glasyr.
