Vispa \u00e4ggvitor, \u00e4ttiksprit och vaniljsocker till ett h\u00e5rt skum. B\u00f6rja med l\u00e5g hastighet och \u00f6ka successivt hastigheten. Tills\u00e4tt sockret lite i taget och vispa ytterligare till ett fast skum. Gr\u00e4dda mar\u00e4ngbotten i ugnen ca 2,5 timmar och l\u00e5t d\u00e4refter botten svalna med ugnsluckan p\u00e5 gl\u00e4nt ca 1 timme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dela vaniljst\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och skrapa ur fr\u00f6na. L\u00e4gg fr\u00f6n och st\u00e5ng i en kastrull tillsammans med mj\u00f6lken. Ge det hela ett uppkok, dra av och l\u00e5t alltsammans st\u00e5 och dra 10 min. Plocka upp vaniljst\u00e5ngen.\u00a0Vispa eller r\u00f6r \u00e4ggulorna och sockret till ett l\u00e4tt p\u00f6sigt skum. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 1.5;\">H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver mj\u00f6lken under kraftig vispning. Sjud kr\u00e4men tills den tjocknar. Vispa ordentligt hela tiden.\u00a0L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men svalna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vispa gr\u00e4dden och blanda ned den i vaniljkr\u00e4men. Bred ut kr\u00e4men p\u00e5 mar\u00e4ngbotten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skala och\/eller sk\u00f6lj frukterna och sk\u00e4r dem i lagom stora bitar.
