Sm\u00f6rj och br\u00f6a en l\u00e5ngpanna ca 30&#215;40 cm. \u2028Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, h\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken och l\u00e5t det svalna. Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt. Sikta ner vaniljsocker, kakao, bakpulver och mj\u00f6l genom en sil. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6r och mj\u00f6lk och blanda allt till en j\u00e4mn smet. H\u00e4ll smeten i formen. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen ca 20 min.\u00a0Prova med en sticka, kakan ska inte vara kladdig. L\u00e5t kakan svalna lite innan man breder ut glasyren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Glasyr:<\/strong> Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och blanda d\u00e4refter i kaffe, kakao, vaniljsocker och florsocker.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vispa till en j\u00e4mn smet. Bred glasyren \u00f6ver kakan medan glasyren fortfarande \u00e4r varm. Avsluta med att str\u00f6 \u00f6ver kokosflingor. L\u00e5t glasyren stelna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sk\u00e4r k\u00e4rleksmumsen i fyrkantiga bitar n\u00e4r glasyren stelnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong> K\u00e4rleksmums g\u00e5r bra att frysa.
