Tills\u00e4tt rabarbern och l\u00e5t sjuda i sockerlagen tills de blir riktigt mjuka (lagen f\u00e5r inte koka). L\u00e5t svalna i sockerlagen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Vaniljkr\u00e4m: <\/strong>Dela och skrapa ur vaniljst\u00e5ngen. Koka upp mj\u00f6lk, vaniljfr\u00f6n och st\u00e5ng med h\u00e4lften av sockret. R\u00f6r ihop resterande socker, \u00e4ggulor och majsst\u00e4rkelse och vispa ner i mj\u00f6lken. Koka upp under omr\u00f6rning. Dra kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r i sm\u00f6r, sila genom finmaskig sil och l\u00e5t svalna. R\u00f6r den kr\u00e4mig och sp\u00e4d ev. med lite kall vispgr\u00e4dde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Kryddblandning: <\/strong>Mixa\/blanda samman h\u00e4lften av sockret, kardemumma, kanel och stj\u00e4rnanis till ett fint pulver. Blanda med resten av sockret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Blanda samman \u00e4gg och mj\u00f6lk. Doppa vetel\u00e4ngden i \u00e4ggblandningen och stek gyllene i sm\u00f6r. V\u00e4nd sedan i kryddsockret.
