Sk\u00e4r nougaten i 17 bitar och rulla dem till runda kulor.\u00a0Det g\u00e4ller att jobba snabbt s\u00e5 att inte nougaten sm\u00e4lter. St\u00e4ll kulorna svalt i ca 20 min f\u00f6r att de skall stelna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Under tiden som kulorna stelnar sk\u00e4r mandelmassan i tunna skivor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Sl\u00e5 in nougaten i mandelmassa. Rulla d\u00e4refter till runda fina bollar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. Sm\u00e4lt och <a title=\"Att temperera choklad\" href=\"https:\/\/stenbrogatan.homeftp.org\/?page_id=5730\" target=\"_blank\">temperera <\/a>den m\u00f6rka chokladen. Doppa kulorna i chokladen med hj\u00e4lp av en gaffel. L\u00e4gg mozartkulorna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller fat t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. St\u00e4ll mozartkulorna svalt och l\u00e5t stelna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. \u00a0Sm\u00e4lt och <a title=\"Att temperera choklad\" href=\"https:\/\/stenbrogatan.homeftp.org\/?page_id=5730\" target=\"_blank\">temperera<\/a> den vita chokladen.
