P\u00e5 kanelbullens dag skall man som namnet anger \u00e4ta kanelbullar i massor.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ingredienser 40 st<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">50 g j\u00e4st <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">125 g sm\u00f6r <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">1 1\/2 dl socker<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">1\/2 tsk salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">14-15 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">2 tsk st\u00f6tt kardemumma<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Fyllning:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">150 g rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">1,5 dl socker<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">3 msk kanel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Till pensling:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">1 \u00e4gg<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: black;\">p\u00e4rlsocker<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Smula j\u00e4sten i en degbunke. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och v\u00e4rm till fingerv\u00e4rme, ca 37\u00b0 C garder. H\u00e4ll degspadet \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten. R\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6ser sig. Tills\u00e4tt socker, salt, kardemumma och det mesta av mj\u00f6let. Arbeta degen tills den blir blank och smidig. Tills\u00e4tt inte allt mj\u00f6l p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng.\u00a0F\u00f6r mycket mj\u00f6l ger kompakta och torra kanelbullar. Hellre en lite f\u00f6r kladdig deg \u00e4n f\u00f6r torr.\u00a0L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt ca 20 min. R\u00f6r ihop fyllningen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;\">Ta upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord och dela den i 2 delar. Kavla ut varje del till en avl\u00e5ng kaka ca 30&#215;40 cm, ca 1\/2 cm tjock. Bred ut h\u00e4lften av fyllningen p\u00e5 varje kaka. Rulla ihop och sk\u00e4r varje rulle i 20 bitar. St\u00e4ll dem med snittytan upp p\u00e5 bakpapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t. L\u00e5t dem j\u00e4sa ca 30 min. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250\u00b0. Pensla bullarna med uppvispat \u00e4gg. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver p\u00e4rlsocker. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen ca 5 \u20137 min.
