Detta \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt s\u00e4tt att ta vara p\u00e5 sk\u00f6rden av plommon.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ingredienser: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 liter plommon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 150 g sm\u00f6r, rumsvarmt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 \u00e4ggulor<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 1\/2 dl florsocker<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 tsk vaniljsocker<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 citron, skalet<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1\/2 tsk bakpulver<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 \u00e4ggvitor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. Dela och k\u00e4rna ur plommonen med en liten kniv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. R\u00f6r sm\u00f6ret mjukt. Vispa \u00e4ggulor och florsocker p\u00f6sigt. Blanda ner sm\u00f6ret lite i s\u00e4nder. Tills\u00e4tt vaniljsockret och det rivna citronskalet. Blanda mj\u00f6l och bakpulver, tills\u00e4tt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Vispa vitorna till fast skum och v\u00e4nd till sist ner dem i smeten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord form, ca 25-26 cm i diameter. L\u00e4gg i plommonen med den runda sidan upp. Gr\u00e4dda kakan p\u00e5 175\u00b0 i ca 40 minuter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. L\u00e5t kakan svalna n\u00e5got. Pudra den med florsocker och servera med glass eller gr\u00e4dde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong>\u00a0Det g\u00e5r bra byta ut plommonen mot andra b\u00e4r eller frukter.
