Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna. Blanda mj\u00f6l, str\u00f6socker och bakpulver. R\u00f6r i \u00e4gg, gr\u00e4ddfil och sm\u00f6r. Blanda om v\u00e4l. Varva smeten med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r i 12 st stora muffinsformar. Fyll dem till 3\/4.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen, ca 15-20\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">min. Prova med sticka, muffins skall inte vara kladdiga. L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Frosting<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em; color: #000000;\">Vispa sm\u00f6ret ordentligt fluffigt i minst 7 min. Tills\u00e4tt 4 dl florsocker lite i taget och vispa ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter. Glasyren skall bli kr\u00e4mig. Avsluta med att tills\u00e4tta philadelphiaost, vaniljsocker och n\u00e5gra droppar karamellf\u00e4rg. Vispa till en sl\u00e4t massa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00e4r muffinsen har svalnat brer eller spritsar man p\u00e5 frostingen ovanp\u00e5 muffinsen.
