V\u00e4rm vattnet till 37 \u00b0C. R\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i lite av vattnet. Tills\u00e4tt resten av vattnet, olja, salt och det mesta av mj\u00f6let. Arbeta degen smidig. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t den j\u00e4sa i bunken ca en timme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">V\u00e4rm ugnen till 275 \u00b0C. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord och kn\u00e5da den lite. Dela degen mitt itu, rulla ut i tv\u00e5 l\u00e4ngder och dela dem i 8 bitar var. Trilla runda bullar. S\u00e4tt in en osmord pl\u00e5t i ugnen s\u00e5 att den blir het medan bullarna kavlas ut till knappt 1 cm tjocka runda kakor. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen ca 5-6 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong> P\u00e5 bilden har jag valt att fylla pitabr\u00f6den med gr\u00f6nsaker och kycklingr\u00f6ra. Kycklingr\u00f6ran best\u00e5r av grillad kyckling,\u00a0cr\u00e8me fraiche och curry.
