Koka upp och smaka av med citronsaft och salt. Skulle pur\u00e9n bli f\u00f6r tjock kan den sp\u00e4das med mj\u00f6lk.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Den skall vara ganska tjock.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skala och sk\u00e4r k\u00e5lroten och mor\u00f6tterna i lagom stora stavar. Koka dem mjuka. K\u00e4nn med sticka f\u00f6r att avg\u00f6ra n\u00e4r det \u00e4r klart. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att k\u00e5lroten och mor\u00f6tterna skall stekas efter att de har kokats. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r\u00a0kan man med f\u00f6rdel l\u00e5ta dem vara l\u00e4tt h\u00e5rda, al dente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hetta upp honungen i en stor stekpanna. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00e5lrots- och morotsbitarna samt 7 msk vatten. Skaka stekpannan d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. R\u00f6r om mot slutet d\u00e5 bitarna b\u00f6rjar ta f\u00e4rg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i 3-4 mm tjocka strimlor.
