Skala och k\u00e4rna ur \u00e4pplena. Sk\u00e4r \u00e4pplena i mindre bitar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Mixa \u00e4pple, pinjen\u00f6tter, parmesanost och ruccolasallad till en finhackad massa. Tills\u00e4tt olja och mixa ytterligare en kort stund. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Stek k\u00f6ttet i oljan i en stekpanna cirka 3 minuter per sida. Krydda med salt och citronpeppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.
