Jag lovar att detta blir en ny favorit p\u00e5 julens godisbord.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 dl socker<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 100 g mj\u00f6lkchoklad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3 msk ljus sirap<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1,5 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 30 g sm\u00f6r<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 msk vaniljsocker<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Blanda ihop socker, mj\u00f6lkchoklad, sirap och gr\u00e4dde i en tjockbottnad kastrull. Koka upp och l\u00e5t koka kraftigt 7-10 min. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 tills smeten h\u00e5ller ett kulprov. Lyft av kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och tills\u00e4tt rumstempererat sm\u00f6r och vaniljsocker. Vispa smeten med elvisp i ca 5 min. B\u00f6rja med l\u00e5g hastighet och \u00f6ka successivt hastigheten. Smeten skall bli tjock och f\u00e5 tydliga sp\u00e5r av visparna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en liten form. H\u00e4ll upp smeten i formen. L\u00e5t smeten stelna och sk\u00e4r d\u00e4refter upp i lagom stora bitar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kulprov:\u00a0<\/strong>Droppa lite av fudgesmeten i en kopp med kallt vatten. N\u00e4r fudgen kan rullas till en kula mellan fingrarna \u00e4r fudgesmeten f\u00e4rdig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Tips!<\/b>\u00a0N\u00e4r man kokar fudge \u00e4r det viktigt att smeten kokat lagom l\u00e4nge.
