R\u00f6ran har smaksatts med vitl\u00f6k, lagerblad, oregano, citron och persilja.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\"><strong>Ingredienser \u00a06 port:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 4 st paprikor<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 st gula l\u00f6kar<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 st squash<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 burkar krossade tomater<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 msk matolja<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 st vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 lagerblad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 tsk oregano<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 tsk salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> nymalen svartpeppar<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> pressad citron<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">f\u00e4rsk persilja<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00e4rna ur och strimla paprikorna. Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Sk\u00e4r squashen i bitar.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och paprika i en stekpanna. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken och paprikan i en stor kastrull. Blanda ner squash och krossade tomater. Krydda med pressad vitl\u00f6k, lagerblad och smulad oregano.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Koka under lock p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme ca 15 min, sedan ca 10 min utan lock p\u00e5 starkare v\u00e4rme. Detta f\u00f6r att r\u00f6ran skall koka ihop och bli ganska tjock. Smaka av med salt, peppar och lite pressad citron. Blanda i rikligt med klippt persilja f\u00f6re servering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong> Ratatoille passar utm\u00e4rkt till stekt\/grillat k\u00f6tt och kyckling.
