Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk och v\u00e4rm till fingervarmt 37\u00b0 C grader. H\u00e4ll den varma mj\u00f6lken \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten och l\u00f6s upp den. Tills\u00e4tt salt och \u00e4ggvitor. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6l lite i taget tills degen sl\u00e4pper fr\u00e5n kanterna. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under bakduk ca 30 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0 C grader. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i lite sm\u00f6r tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen och stek tills f\u00e4rsen f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt soja och tomatpur\u00e9. Blanda om v\u00e4l. Krydda med salt och svartpeppar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ta upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord och kn\u00e5da den n\u00e5gon minut. Kavla ut runda plattor 1\/2 cm tjocka och 12-15 cm i diameter. L\u00e4gg fyllningen p\u00e5 ena halvan. Vik ihop och tryck ihop kanterna med en gaffel. L\u00e4gg pirogerna p\u00e5 bakpapperskl\u00e4dda pl\u00e5tar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e5t pirogerna j\u00e4sa ca 20 min. Blanda \u00e4ggula med mj\u00f6lk. Pensla pirogerna med \u00e4ggula.
