I min familj har det blivit tradition att \u00e4ta mozzarellaterrine som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ny\u00e5rsafton. Terrinen har h\u00e4rlig smak av parmaskinka, mozzarella, basilika, grillade paprikor och soltorkade tomater.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Ingredienser ca 12 skivor:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">300 g Parmaskinka, ca 20 skivor<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 kilo mozzarella<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 stor burk grillade paprikor ca 500 g<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">16 st soltorkade tomat<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 kruka basilika<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1\/2 tsk nymald svartpeppar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. Kl\u00e4 en 2-liters avl\u00e5ng form med en uppklippt stekp\u00e5se och d\u00e4refter med parmaskinkan. L\u00e5t skinkan h\u00e4nga \u00f6ver kanten s\u00e5 att den kan omsluta terrinen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Skiva mozzarellan i ganska tunna skivor och l\u00e4gg ett lager i botten p\u00e5 formen. T\u00e4ck osten med den grillade paprikan. D\u00e4refter varvas mozzarellaost, soltorkade tomater, basilikablad, mozzarellaost, grillad paprika och avsluta med ett lager mozzarella. Peppra\u00a0n\u00e5got mellan varje lager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Omslut terrinen med parmaskinkan och stekp\u00e5se.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. S\u00e4tt ungen p\u00e5 125\u00b0. N\u00e4r ugnen \u00e4r varm, sl\u00e4ng in 1\/2 dl vatten och s\u00e4tt snabbt in formen, st\u00e4ng luckan. Gr\u00e4dda terrinen ca 20 min. Detta f\u00f6r att osten ska sm\u00e4lta samman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Ta ut formen och l\u00e5t terrinen svalna. St\u00e4ll den sedan kallt tills den ska serveras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. Stj\u00e4lp upp terrinen och sk\u00e4r den i skivor med vass, tandad kniv. Hanskas varsamt med skivorna, de delar sig l\u00e4tt. Servera mozzarellaterrinen kall eller ljumen. Det g\u00e5r bra att v\u00e4rma skivorna en kort stund i mikrov\u00e5gsugnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kommentar:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Det g\u00e5r lika bra att anv\u00e4nda serranoskinka ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r parmaskinka.
