Mixa eller sk\u00e4r chokladen och sm\u00f6r grovt. Sm\u00e4lt choklad och sm\u00f6r \u00f6ver vattenbad. R\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6ret och chokladen till en j\u00e4mn och sl\u00e4t smet. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och saffran och r\u00f6r om v\u00e4l.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver smeten i en plastl\u00e5da med lock och l\u00e5t stelna i kylen ca 2 timmar.\u00a0Forma runda tryfflar med h\u00e4nderna. Det g\u00e4ller att jobba snabbt s\u00e5 att inte chokladen sm\u00e4lter. Ett tips \u00e4r att kyla h\u00e4nderna i kallt vatten n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger under tiden man rullar tryfflarna.
