Tills\u00e4tt kryddor, vitl\u00f6k och krossade tomater. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ca 30 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sm\u00e4lt fettet i en kastrull. R\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6let och sp\u00e4d med mj\u00f6lk. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka 5 min. Krydda med salt och peppar. Tills\u00e4tt osten men l\u00e5t inte s\u00e5sen koka mer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Varva aubergine med k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s och osts\u00e5s i en smord l\u00e5ngpanna. \u00d6versta lagret skall vara osts\u00e5s. Gratinera i ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0C, ca 25 min.
