Sk\u00f6lj men skala inte auberginerna. Dela den p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. Gr\u00f6p ur det mesta av fruktk\u00f6ttet med sked och hacka det.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skala och hacka l\u00f6ken. Sk\u00e4r kalkonbacon i sm\u00e5 strimlor. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k- och k\u00f6tthacket i en stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i den hackade auberginen mot slutet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sk\u00e4r de f\u00e4rska tomaterna i t\u00e4rningar. Blanda i tomaterna, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mj\u00f6let, r\u00f6r om och koka 3-5 min. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">F\u00f6rdela fyllningen i halvorna, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten. Gratinera i \u00f6vre delen av ugnen tills ytan f\u00e5tt vacker f\u00e4rg, ca 15 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Serveras med sallad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Kommentar:<\/b>\u00a0F\u00f6r att r\u00e4tten skall bli mindre fet har jag i detta recept anv\u00e4nt kalkonbacon. Kalkonbacon har mindre fett \u00e4n traditionellt bacon och massor av smak.
