Tv\u00e4tta och torka potatisarna. Stick ett par h\u00e5l i dem med en gaffel.\u00a0Linda potatisarna var f\u00f6r sig i aluminiumfolie. Baka i ugn i 200\u00a0\u00b0 C, ca 1 tim eller tills de \u00e4r mjuka. Prova med sticka att potatisen \u00e4r mjuk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Sk\u00e4r ett litet lock p\u00e5 varje potatis. Gr\u00f6p ur potatisen med en sked. Var f\u00f6rsiktig s\u00e5 att potatisskalen inte g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Kn\u00e4ck \u00e4ggen och skilj gulor och vitor \u00e5t. Blanda potatisinkr\u00e5met med \u00e4ggulorna och r\u00f6r det till en luftig massa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. R\u00f6r i matfettet och gr\u00e4dden och krydda med salt och peppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum. V\u00e4nd ner det i potatisblandningen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. Fyll potatisskalen med potatisblandningen och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver rivenost.
