Salladen passar utm\u00e4rkt att ta med p\u00e5 picknick.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px;\"><strong>Ingredienser 2 portioner:<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 st kycklingfil\u00e9er <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 paket kalkonbacon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2 st mor\u00f6tter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 150 g socker\u00e4rtor<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 liten gul l\u00f6k<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 litet salladshuvud<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 st Kycklingbuljongt\u00e4rning<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 st lagerblad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> svartpepparkorn<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3 \u2013 4 soltorkade, inlagda tomater<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 msk hackade basilikablad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 msk f\u00e4rskpressad citron<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3 msk matolja<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1 krm salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Koka upp vatten i en kastrull med n\u00e5gra pepparkorn, kycklingbuljong och 2 lagerblad.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> L\u00e4gg i kycklingfil\u00e9erna och l\u00e5t dem sjuda ca 15 minuter. Stek kalkonbaconet i stekpanna.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skala och strimla mor\u00f6tterna och koka dem mjuka 5 minuter. Koka socker\u00e4rtorna 1 minut och spola dem sedan i kallt vatten. Skala och strimla l\u00f6ken. Sk\u00f6lj och f\u00f6rdela salladsbladen p\u00e5 tallrikarna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 morotsstrimlor och socker\u00e4rter. Sk\u00e4r kycklingen i grova bitar och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 liksom bacon i bitar. Toppa med f\u00e4rsk l\u00f6k.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Strimla de soltorkade tomaterna och blanda med basilika, matolja, citron och salt. V\u00e4rm hastigt dressingen och skeda den \u00f6ver salladen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00f6r att r\u00e4tten skall bli mindre fet har jag i detta recept anv\u00e4nt kalkonbacon. Kalkonbacon har mindre fett \u00e4n traditionellt bacon och massor av smak.
