Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6l och salt. R\u00f6r blandningen sl\u00e4t.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Tills\u00e4tt resten av mj\u00f6lken och det sm\u00e4lta fettet. L\u00e5t smeten st\u00e5 5-10 min f\u00f6re gr\u00e4ddningen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hetta upp en stekpanna. Sm\u00f6rj laggen med lite sm\u00f6r mellan varje pannkaka. H\u00e4ll cirka 1 dl av smeten i stekpannan. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen.\u00a0Gr\u00e4dda tills ytan stelnat och blivit matt och undersidan f\u00e5tt fin guldgul f\u00e4rg.\u00a0V\u00e4nd och gr\u00e4dda pannkakan p\u00e5 andra sidan.\u00a0R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 i smeten under gr\u00e4ddningen, s\u00e5 att mj\u00f6let inte sjunker till botten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fyllning:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sk\u00f6lj svampen och sk\u00e4r dem i lagom stora bitar. Sk\u00e4r skinkan i bitar. Hetta upp lite olja i en stekpanna. Fr\u00e4s champinjonerna 8-10 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och blanda ner mj\u00f6let, vispa s\u00e5 att det inte finns n\u00e5gra klumpar kvar. H\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r om noga. Smaks\u00e4tt med salt, svartpeppar och svampbuljong, l\u00e5t redningen koka upp. Koka d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i ca 5 min. Blanda ner den stekta svampen och den r\u00f6kta skinkan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e4gg ca 0,75 dl av fyllningen p\u00e5 varje pannkaka. Vik ihop pannkakan och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett smort ugnss\u00e4kert fat.
