Dela bakpotatisarna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och skiva dem grovt. Sk\u00f6lj av potatisklyftorna noggrant. D\u00e5 minskar risken att potatisen ska fastna i ugnspl\u00e5ten eftersom vattnet tv\u00e4ttar bort st\u00e4rkelsen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e4gg potatisklyftorna i en l\u00e5ngpanna, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 matolja och grovsalt. S\u00e4tt in i ugnen, baka i ca 40 min tills potatisen blivit mjuk och f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. Klipp \u00f6ver lite f\u00e4rsk mejram f\u00f6re servering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Biffar:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00e4rna kalkonbaconet fint och stek det i en stekpanna. Blanda ihop str\u00f6br\u00f6d och mj\u00f6lk. L\u00e5t det sv\u00e4lla i 5 min. Skala och riv l\u00f6ken. Blanda ihop n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs med kalkonbacon, det sv\u00e4llda str\u00f6br\u00f6det, l\u00f6k, \u00e4gg, salt och peppar till en j\u00e4mn smet. Forma fina biffar och stek p\u00e5 medelstark v\u00e4rme ca 6 min p\u00e5 varje sida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>S\u00e5s:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skala och hacka schalottenl\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k i en kastrull till den blivit mjuk. Tills\u00e4tt vatten, fond och gr\u00e4dde. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen sjuda i ca 5 min. Red av med maizenaredning. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00f6r att r\u00e4tten skall bli mindre fet har jag i detta recept anv\u00e4nt kalkonbacon. Kalkonbacon har mindre fett \u00e4n traditionellt bacon och massor av smak.
