Mixa pepparkakorna l\u00e4tt och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver smulorna i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret och blanda till en j\u00e4mn smulmassa. Tryck ut smulmassan i en form med l\u00f6stagbar kant, ca 25 cm i diameter. Man beh\u00f6ver inte trycka upp smeten l\u00e4ngs kanterna. Det skall bli en bottenplatta.\u00a0St\u00e4ll formen i kylen ca 20 min.\u00a0St\u00f6t saffran v\u00e4l i en mortel tillsammans med en sockerbit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vispa \u00e4gg och socker p\u00f6sigt. Blanda ner mj\u00f6let. Mosa sedan ner philadelphiaost, saffran, citronskal och saft i smeten. Vispa tills smeten \u00e4r sl\u00e4t. H\u00e4ll i formen och gr\u00e4dda i ca 45 minuter eller tills smeten stannat. Tiden \u00e4r beroende av ur hur stor form du valt. Testa med sticka, den skall inte vara kladdig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00f6r samman cr\u00e8me fraiche, socker och vaniljsocker. Ta ut kakan och bred ut toppingen ovan p\u00e5 den. Gr\u00e4dda i ytterligare 5 minuter.
