Sk\u00e4r moroten och k\u00e5lroten i 3-4 m.m. tjocka stavar. Skiva potatisen. Klyfta l\u00f6ken. Dela \u201dbuketterna\u201d i 2-3 bitar\/st.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Koka upp vatten och buljongt\u00e4rningar i tre olika kastruller. Koka k\u00f6ttet i en kastrull, blomk\u00e5l, broccoli, r\u00f6d l\u00f6k i en kastrull och potatis, morot och k\u00e5lrot i den tredje kastrullen. Koktiden \u00e4r f\u00f6ljande:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fl\u00e4skkotlett: ca 20 min, den skall bli genomkokt.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Buketter blomk\u00e5l och r\u00f6d l\u00f6k: ca 5 min.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Buketter brocoli ca 5 min.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Potatis, morot\u00a0och k\u00e5lrot: 10 &#8211; 15 min<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gr\u00f6nsakerna och rotfrukterna skall kokas n\u00e4tt och j\u00e4mnt mjuka. Prova med sticka att de \u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u00e4gg gr\u00f6nsakerna p\u00e5 en tallrik. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 kotletten och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver buljong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kommentar:<\/strong> Att \u00e5ngkoka gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att bevara s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt av n\u00e4ringen i gr\u00f6nsakerna.
