V\u00e4rm d\u00e4refter upp chokladen till 29 \u2013 30 C grader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Vit choklad<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mixa eller hacka chokladen fint. Sm\u00e4lt h\u00e4lften av m\u00e4ngden i ett vattenbad till 40 C grader. Tills\u00e4tt resten av chokladen och r\u00f6r tills temperaturen \u00e4r 25 \u2013 26 C grader. V\u00e4rm d\u00e4refter upp chokladen till 28 \u2013 29 C grader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Det g\u00e5r bra att ha chokladen p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmning under tiden man arbetar med den. Det \u00e4r viktigt att inte man inte \u00f6verskrider maxtemperatur, 32 C grader m\u00f6rkchoklad, 30 C grader mj\u00f6lkchoklad och 29 C grader vit choklad.
